Workvlp began in 2016 with one floor, forty desks and a conviction that an office should feel like somewhere you actually want to spend your Tuesday.
We rent desks. What people actually stay for is everything around them.
Anyone can put chairs in a room. The difference between a workspace people tolerate and one they recommend comes down to a hundred small operational decisions — how quickly the front desk notices your parcel arrived, whether the meeting room AV was checked this morning, how the light falls on your desk at four in the afternoon.
We have spent a decade getting those details right. Four floors, ten meeting rooms, a rooftop terrace and a community of more than a hundred and fifty people who, for the most part, know each other by name.
Our members range from solo consultants on a flexible desk to thirty-person teams with their own floor. What they share is a preference for working somewhere considered.

Workvlp opens on Fillmore Street with a handful of freelancers and a very loud espresso machine.

The private office wing
Demand from growing teams leads to twenty lockable suites across the third floor.

Hybrid, properly
Every meeting room is rebuilt for hybrid work with ceiling mics and 4K displays.

The rooftop opens
A terrace, a bar and an event hall turn the building into an evening destination.
