If something is missing, the front desk answers email faster than most people expect.
Every membership includes your workspace, gigabit internet, unlimited barista coffee, printing, mail handling, daily cleaning and access to all community events. Meeting room credit varies by plan.
Desk memberships are month-to-month with 30 days' notice. Private offices begin with a three-month term and then roll monthly with 60 days' notice.
Yes, at any point. Changes take effect from the start of the next billing cycle and can be requested in the member app or at the front desk.
Day passes are $39 and include a desk in the open studio, coffee, and access to the lounge from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Book online or at reception.
Please do. Tours run every weekday at 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM and take about twenty minutes. Book a slot online and we'll have a coffee waiting.
Yes. There is step-free access from the street, two lifts serving every floor, accessible restrooms on each level and height-adjustable desks available on request.
Dedicated desk and private office members receive round-the-clock keycard access. Hot desk members have access from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM on weekdays and 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturdays.
Rooms are booked through the member app up to eight weeks in advance. Your monthly credit is applied automatically and any extra hours appear on your next invoice.
Reception signs for everything between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, notifies you the moment it arrives and holds parcels securely for up to fourteen days.
Invoices are issued on the first of each month and collected by card or direct debit three days later. Usage such as extra meeting hours is billed in arrears.
Desk memberships have no deposit. Private offices require a refundable deposit equal to one month's fee, returned within 30 days of move-out.
Yes — registered non-profits and full-time students receive 20% off desk memberships. Send proof of status to hello@workvlp.com to have it applied.
